I'm Paola.
I’m Paola a graduate student, with a Masters degree in Fashion Design from the Politecnico di Milano in 2010.
Extensive field experience in the work industry ranging from: graphic design, accessories, jewelry creation to hospitality and entertainment.
The different environments have enhanced my ability to prioritise tasks according to their importance, engage in teamwork, whilst being fully capable of following an assigned project from start to finish, proving to be flexible, versatile, with a great eye for detail and highly skilled in multi tasking.
My goal is to bring my creativity, determination and dynamic nature into a modern, advanced point of view of research on the method, in any role I obtain.
Highly motivated and willing to deepen my mutual exchange of knowledge in any industry, that offers me the opportunity to grown in the professional and experimental environment, whilst utilising all my skills.
I spent 2011 in Australia, where I’ve been involved in a formative experience to discover of my person and a very far different reality from mine, in fact, I was able to test my determination and my courage to overcome loneliness and uncertainty.
I love to get involved: find the limit and overstep in the design is one of the great satisfaction that a designer can receive for himself and for the innovation of a project.
It was the best experience in my life and for that reason I’ll try to repeat in an other country, but now with a very well knowledge of my goal.

The last experience involve me as a graphic fashion designer and stylist of citywear/outdoor clothing and activewear at the Cisalfa sport group. Graphics as a creative expression has always supported any of my professional choices. Specifically, my job includes: The interpretation and research of the seasonal moods decided with senior designer, through the style proposals for product categories (from basic to fashion), placed graphics, all-over study, seasonal collection overview development, teck pack developments per items, production artworks.
My previous occupation was creative director and product design within a eyewear company. My job and the articulation on several levels: I personally followed the creation of brochures, flyers, I realize the photo shoots of the survey and still life, site layout and social content, I also designed the new collections starting from the project concept up to the drawing ready for the realization of the model.

Hobbies & Interests
I love photography, especially in the most unusual situations. I love travelling and am not afraid to face life experiences abroad. I remain fascinated by the world of illustration and graphic design in general that led me to collecting books of this kind. I like to craft handmade items I always do something (accessories, decorations, jewellery, paintings, home decor) that almost always feature reclaimed or alternative materials. I frequently attend concerts and music festivals. I enjoy team sports and I like to experience adventures in contact with nature.
